Pink Ribbon Foundation India will be formally launched at this event. The launch marks the start of the Foundation's national programme of research funding, prevention, screening and awareness across India.

Airports Turn Pink — Pinktober 2026 launched at Chennai International Airport.

Pink Ribbon Foundation India and India Turns Pink officially launched the 11th year of Pinktober at Chennai International Airport, in association with the Airports Authority of India (AAI) and Kalyanmayee — a high-visibility public platform to strengthen breast cancer awareness, encourage early detection and promote timely screening among women and communities.

Fitathon 2026 — Moving for health. Uniting for a cause.

India Turns Pink and Pink Ribbon Foundation India, along with the Airports Authority of India (AAI) and Kalyanmayee, marked Pinktober 2026 with Fitathon 2026 at Chennai International Airport on 4 October 2026.

Organised in collaboration with Soka Ikeda College of Arts and Science for Women – Youth Red Cross, the Fitathon brought participants together through fitness and collective action to strengthen breast cancer awareness and highlight the importance of early detection.

Every step carried one message:

Move for health.

Raise awareness.

Inspire action.

India Turns Pink and Soka Ikeda College for Women, Chennai, jointly organise the Pink Umbrella Walk on 6 October 2026 — a Pinktober 2026 programme of breast cancer awareness and early-detection education for students.

The walk carries one message across the campus: awareness, early detection, healthy women, and a brighter future.

Pink Ribbon Run at Hyderabad Airport — run, raise awareness, support the cause.

GAR and Pink Ribbon Foundation India jointly present the Pink Ribbon Run at Hyderabad Airport on 29 October 2026 — a 2K run where every step counts, and a 5K run where bigger steps build brighter tomorrows. Stronger women, brighter tomorrows: early detection saves lives.
